Service scope
CIPD Help Forum provides independent academic writing support for learners. We are not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by CIPD, CMI or CIPS. You remain responsible for understanding and complying with the rules of your education provider, professional body and assessment centre.
Quotes and orders
A quote is an estimate based on the information available when it is prepared. Final pricing, delivery expectations and scope may change where the brief, files, word count, deadline or requirements differ from the original request. An order is not confirmed until the applicable platform steps have been completed.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use an email address you control, keep account credentials confidential and only upload files you are allowed to share. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, misrepresentation, or in any way that breaches assessment rules.
Account access
Account access requires email verification. We may suspend or close accounts where security, misuse, inaccurate information or a breach of these terms reasonably requires it.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Website content, branding and platform materials remain protected. Assignment and account information should be treated as confidential by all parties. Portfolio examples are anonymised and for reference only.
Limitation of service
We aim to provide a reliable platform and clear communication, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or any particular assessment outcome. Deadlines depend on timely, accurate information and payment where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the current version.
